Beverley Root is the Founder, Licensee and Director of One Agency Property Route and has over 46 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Having established the family business in 1987, Beverley has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism and long-term client relationships. Throughout her career she has successfully guided thousands of clients through the sale, purchase and management of residential property across Eastwood and surrounding suburbs.

Beverley holds advanced qualifications in Real Estate Practice and remains actively involved in all aspects of the business, providing guidance, leadership and support to both clients and the team.

Working alongside her sons, Adrian and Callan, Beverley continues to deliver the personalised service and trusted advice that has underpinned the business for almost four decades.
