Adrian Root is the Director of One Agency Property Route and has almost three decades of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors and landlords throughout Sydney.

Adrian is a licensed real estate agent, Justice of the Peace and Diploma-qualified property professional. Having grown up locally, he combines extensive market knowledge with honest advice and proactive communication.

Adrian feels extremely fortunate to have been brought up in a real estate environment with his mother Beverley still working full time who established the business in 1987, as well as his brother overseeing Property Management.

Adrian attended The King's School in Parramatta and has strong academic credentials some of which include a Diploma in Property, Licensed Agent, Auctioneer and Justice of the Peace (J.P.).

When asked to describe what makes for a successful sale, Adrian answers “communication is critical" and I love my career and helping my clients achieve their dreams.

Adrian goes to great lengths to educate his clients about every aspect of a sale from the establishment of price expectations through to the development of each client’s marketing campaign.
